[OH Updates] announcing oshw.org soon

thanks Phil,
You've done a crazy amount of work over the past few days.

Just to be clear, nothing is changing in the open process (that gave  
birth to the definition, logo, great conversations, etc) but the  
following:

- having a solid domain to refer to that consolidates all the efforts  
that we've been doing over the past year or so;
- knowing that there are no legal repercussions of using the term  
"open source hardware" and the widely adopted OSHW logo.

Thanks again Phil for donating the time, effort, and money towards  
these issues.
