[OH Updates] Creative commons XML annotations

Thanks for the replies.  I think that the pdf
http://wiki.creativecommons.org/images/d/d6/Ccrel-1.0.pdf is what I needed.
I had skimmed it and saw examples only in HTML but I wanted raw XML so
dismissed it.  But I'm thinking now that the focus was on html because xml
is essentially the "native" definition format for CC and RDF.  But a good
example is always nice to make stuff concrete.  Page 16 describes some work
done embedding CC into SVG but without examples.  So I will try to come up
with a cookbook example of SVG embedding of CC tags and include it here.
